descriptor does not look familiar, it is because it reflects our billing entity, Rowan Hills
Inc, rather than the store name Shop Lomira.
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We resolve almost
every issue - including refunds, cancellations, wrong or damaged items, and unrecognized
charges - faster than the dispute process can, and usually within one business day.
